I'm looking for information on the CRV (97-00) 5 spd trans gear ratios. It's harder to find then I thought it would be.

only think the only thing that would be good out of that Crv tran's would be the 1st gear. parts needed main shaft and counter first.

It's got a higher final drive then all the b series trans except for the s80 with 4.75 final drive. Sure it's not much higher then the 4.4 final drives, but it is higher and a lot higher then the b18b, and y1 b16 tranny, according to hondaswap.com

Also, that little bit higher FD might be what some people are needing for their particular setup. The 3.5 isn't really going to help people much, cuz it would just make 1st gear that much shorter.

This was basically just a referencing thread I think.
