Osaka has changed their name more than once recently in an attempt to shed their terrible reputation with long-distance engine deals.
I am 99% sure this place is Osaka.

Why is everyone disrespecting nagano for his english? Have you noticed that he DOESN'T live in AMERICA? He lives in Canada and he is trying to come into the American market selling engines. If you live anywhere with people other than white americans, you'd have more sympathy for people with accents.
English isn't the easiest language to learn and you wont learn it overnight
btw, i dont know anything about the dispute that has taken place on the last 3 pages, but talking crap on a foreigns poor english is
