Speaker size for the front of a 1991 accord
Does anyone know the size of the speaker on the front door of a 1991 honda accord. I don't know of it's a 4 or 5 inch speaker.

Fronts are 6.5" and rears if i remember correctly are 6.5" too on LX/DX models and 6x9" in EX and SE models for the 4th gens

the fronts are 5" .
Yes 5" not 5.25"
A 5.25" will not fit. The rears are 6x9"s
The lx/dx's came with 6.5"s all around.

Can I substitute the 6.5 inch speaker baskets from the 91 Accord DX/LX fit in place of the EX's 5 inch housing? There's no aftermarket for those 5 inch speakers, and I'm not paying $50 to buy a single paper cone from the dealer...

OEM for 91 Accord SE front speaker size if the door still has original baffle installed is 4 inches if the baffle is gone then up to 6 1/2 will fit. with the baffle and decent speakers it sounds good.
