copression????
i did a copression test on my 99' integ with 71000 miles. the reading was #1 180, #2 165, #3 165, and #4 170. im all so at 5200 feet elevation does it effect my copression since there is less air up here

yes.. thinnner air = more air needed in chamber to optimize compression. Higher the altitude, the suckier your compression.

you're within specs for the compression. btw you didn't tell us which engine you have? b18c1 or b18b? for the b18b that would be a reasonable compression #'s for the b18b. now for the b18c1 your at the lower end BUT still within specs.

did you have the throttle body open fully when you did the compression test... also pour like a cap full of engine oil in to each cylinder...if the compression goes, i think your nos f... up your motor.. rings going bad...
