ok guys sorry but a couple of QUICK questions.
a friend called me and asked how to convert his swap to obd2. ive tried searching and i cant seem to dig anything up. everyone wants to convert to obd1. 
what all parts will he need to convert the obd1 motor to obd2 in his car? his car is also a 99 and i have an extra 96 ls ecu and he doesnt have an ecu. i dont think it works with his because of the obd2a and b right? please help guys.
