Stuck on distributor wiring for OBD2B H22 into OBD1 EG

I got the entire harness done except for the distibutor and the EGR. The engine is an 01 H22A from an 01 Accord Euro R and it's going into a 93 Civic hatch. I'm running the OBD2B ECU as well here. I can't find any wiring diagrams for the distirbutor from the Euro R so I need some help with it. The wires on the H22 distributor are
Yellow
Green
Blue
Black
Red
White
Yellow/Green
Black/Yellow

The wires on the Civic distributor are
Orange
White
Blue
Blue/Green
Yellow/Green
White/Blue
Blue/Yellow
Black/Yellow
Orange/Blue

As you can see the H22 has one extra wire. Does anyone know how to wire this up correctly? Also what about wiring the EGR, the wires on the EGR are
White/Black
Green/Black
Yellow/Blue
Black
Pink

what I do on integar->civic swaps, is get the pinouts/ecu color codes, and compare the two engines.

You can then assure you are connecting the proper sensors to the proper wires.

The wire colors should be the same al the way from the ecu to the dizzy. Do you understand?
