I don't know about Quaker State filters, but OEM Honda filters can be had for $5.99 at your local dealer. Plus, they have replacement crush washers for $0.33.

Re: quaker state oil filter? (Regular Series)
When buying OEM honda filters insist on getting the USA Made (Filtech) filters and not the Canadian (Fram) filters. The Filtech filters are a lot better than the crappy Fram filters.
Another option is the Supertech filters at Walmart. These filters are moderatley priced and some believe that they are made by the same manufacturer that produces Bosch filters.

Although I find the info in that test somewhat useful, I am doubting the validity of the results. It is mostly an appearance test than actual real conditions test.
Unlike Consumer reports who are very careful in the DOE (design of experiments) making sure results are repeatable, the one above is judgemental.

Yea that is true it is only a visual test. Know of any websites where they have actual tests of the oil filter being used?
