My 1999 Honda accord coupe wont start
I've seen people get results on here, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I have a 1999 Honda accord coupe 4cylinder 5speed. For some reason my car wont start. When I turn the ignition there is no cranking, just a click. When I do it a couple more times, sometimes the car starts up, but now it wont. When it would start it would be real jumpy and lag when taking off on first or second gear. The lights are on in the car(I dont think its the battery) and the radio works fine, just no start or crank over! The check engine light is also on due to the 02 sensor. Car recently had fuel problems and I had fuel pump replaced..I don't know what it could be. Please if anyone knows whats going on I could use the help. Ive seen a couple posts say it could be the ground wire or the starter but I have no idea. Please Help.

Pull the small wire off the starter - have someone try to start the car as you measure the voltage on/to the small wire - are you getting 12v on the small wire?
