i recently replaced my radiator w/ the same OEM replacement that you are referring to. Just an FYI, it works great. Since it's new, you wont need to flush the radiator, but make sure you dump the coolant from the engine block thoroughly and refill the radiator. It's approx 1.69 gallons (total) for a manual and 1.77 gallons if your teg is an automatic. Also I'd replace that thermo since you have a new rad and if you haven't done so already, sign up for http://www.team-integra.net That site has a lot of great info including "how to's" and basic maintance and DIY info. In my opinion, TI has better info regarding specific info for your teg but HT is a better discussion forum since TI unfortunately is slow. but good luck and pm me if you have any more questions..peace

I have found that coolant doesnt matter at all. I have put so many different kinds in my car, and not one has kept the car cooler/hotter than another. I usually stick to Prestone though, sometimes Honda OEM fluid when I have it.

for those of you who ordered the OEM replacement radiator from radiator.com, did it have the nipple under the rad. cap for the overflow hose? I ordered one, and it came w/ no nipple, so if the radiator decides to let off a little fluid, its dumping all over my engine bay.

Honda Genuine coolant - in fact, they make a gallon container that is premixed 50/50 Water-Coolant. It'll run about 9 bucks at the dealer.

According to Honda, only use Honda coolant due to the lack of boron & silicates...
but any green coolant will be fine. I use either Peak or Prestone...whatevers cheaper.

clean out your radiator first. Maybe its different from OEM, but when I got my new Fluidyne, all kinds of "man sauce" lookin stuff came out the top :X

just bc the rad is clean doesnt mean that its fully out of the engine and heater
