Vents Only blows HOT air

Vents Only blows HOT air
What makes vents only blow hot air. I change the slider to cold and its still hot. No matter what I do I cant get it to blow cold. Is their anything you all can think of that might help me out at all? Is there anything vacum wise that way cause this?

The AC is out. But shouldnt I be able to still blow cold air? and If not what do I need to make it blow cold air not aC just cool air.

LOFL! I was kidding when I said that.. Im pretty sure you can't blow cold air w/o an AC once the car gets warmed up, unless you ghetto rig something.

control valve is stuck open, check by the firewall where the heater hoses go through, make sure whoever did the swap didnt mess up the linkage that controls the valve

Maybe I am misunderstanding your question but once I took out my AC, it would never get any colder then the outside temperitures..
