gas pedal is sticking. what do i do???
when i drive my 95 accord, the gas pedal decides to stick at random times, shooting the rpm's up. I have to hit the pedal down and let go in order to "unstick" it. how do i make a permanent fix???

it could be your throttle body getting stuck... possibly... id spray the pivot with WD-40 or some lubricant. it could also be the cable sticking inside the housing... thats all i could think of anyway

Re: gas pedal is sticking. what do i do??? (95accordracer)
the same thing happened to mine...the "fins"(sorry i forgot the name of them) in the tb were all jacked up for some reason and it was causing my pedal to stick...all i had to do was change the tb out and it was fine.
