Default Some pics of my coupe on axle stands

What do you think? The swap is nearly complete, got sent the wrong axle which was too long for the car, (from a UK eg6 which is about 1cm too long, putting pressure on the box and causing BAD vibration) have a delsol axle coming later in the week, hence the axle stands!

I have blocks behind the back wheels, it is safe and secure (i hope ). The swap is a UK B16a2, (though i wish it was a type-r). All my mates think Im mad swapping engines, over here in the uk most people my age (late teens/ early twenty's) drive round in 1 litre and 1.2 litre fords and vauxhalls (GM in the US) kitted up on 17s and 18 inch rims, all show and no go!

It is legal providing you update your cars documentation, in the UK there are different tax bands for 1.5 and 1.6. As long as your car has the correct documents it is no problem. Swaping Honda engines isn't that big over here though as we get the civic vti saloon and hatch in eg and ek form, however the only engine for available for the eg coupe is the 1.5 non vtec (dx i think).

and they say that a b16a is a torqueless wonder...i can see that maybe that hybrids arent as common in the UK but i would also think that people would realize what the hell you were doin and congratulate you for taking some initiative and improving upon your performance instead of adding on heavy wheels
