The F20/22C rotates clockwise. And by visual memory, the shaft diameters are different.
Find a H or FWD F series trans that has a shorter 3rd gear. A B16/ITR 3rd gear *may* be more viable than a S2000 gear. But I doubt the B series cog will work either.

Yeah, I've rebuilt both, not possible to interchange parts. Only parts from other Prelude or some Accord gearbox's will work.
