B16 in RSX-S
Hi im new to this site and engine swaps in general, I have an 02 RSX-S whose motor went down the drain. My main question is if i would be able to put in a b16 motor or another b series. If so what modifications i would need to do for this. I understand that the k24 would be a better swap but i unfortunately do not have the money for a k24 or another k20 especially if i would need to get the kpro and any other required materials. So that being said, again can the b16 swap be done and what all would i need to complete the job.

^ This.
I've seen an EP Civic with a B18 motor before so I'm pretty sure it's possible, though I think it might be quite frustrating, time consuming and imo probably not even worth the hassle.
Definately lots of custom work as there are no kits available (as far as I know) to swap a B-series into an RSX or even K-engine car.
I guess it all depends on how much you want it and how much time and work you're willing to put into it I'd just go for a K-series again as well.
Would be an interesting project however

Re: B16 in RSX-S
the engine/transmission setup are swapped on K vs B. Trans on the driver side for K and trans on passenger for B... so doing a custom mount setup would need to be done. Also the K series is a cable trans where the B is not so you'd need a custom shifter setup.
No offense but even thinking about doing a B swap is insulting and ridiculous. If you are broke and need a cheap solution buy a base series K20a3 or an EP3 k20a3 and downgrade to a base model engine. No matter how you look at it your better off and cheaper off swapping in a k series. I can GUARANTEE it. I've done so many swaps you just need to look for a great deal.

I'm doubtful that OP is for serious.
But...why would you need a Kpro for another K20 swap? Find another A2 long block for $1200-1500, throw it in, and let it rip.

Swapping in a older discontined engine sieres from 12 years ago, with the larger amount of money, time custom parts to make "much" less performance.
A smart swap would be a K24, it bolts right in, makes way more power and tq, newer.....really no downsides at all
