Default Booster delete master cylinder size

Have searched around and wasn't able to find what I'm looking for. I have a all motor civic hatch that I use for drag racing only. I want to do a brake booster delete and I am curious as to what size master cylinder everyone is using with good success? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I'm running the sheepey plate and wildwood 5/8 master. stiffer than oem but nothing outrageous. a drive around the block and you'll be used to it.

Anyone using one on a daily or would this more suited to occasional street use?

i have 7/8 wilwood on my car and using it on the street would be certain death. if no traffic your leg would give out before you got to the grocery store if no accident first.

I have heard the same thing about the wildwood 7/8 from a local customer that we did a brake line setup for... He chose the master and seemed like he needed to go do some training on the squat rack to stop that thing properly.

if there is anything in this life i can toot my own horn about its how much weight i can squat and deadlift. i still cant stop my car very well with this setup lol. but i dont run a map sensor so i didnt really wanna run a vac block to the itbs just for the booster. so i live with it.

Lol ive ran the 7/8 on my hatch and now on my Mr2, and its stiff but works well. And ALL I do is street drive. Its had no problem stopping either car and ive done some very high mph on the street. We also use the same one on my buddys integra and hes never had any stopping issues either. Twenty47 you may have an issue with yours or set something up wrong... Did you bench bleed it correctly before installing?

I daily my 5/8 no problem. I'm also a heavy guy so my legs are used to pushing weight around.

Everything I have read points to going one size down when ditching your booster.

not to thread jack, but how much weight does this save on a non-abs car? I have a drag/weekend project car I'm working on and would love to save some weight/clean up the engine bay.
