SMOG help/question
Hello.
I just got out of the smog station and they failed me.
I have a DC sports header with a sticker number of #D-370-12
and an AEM cold air intake with a sticker number of #D-392-20
He said that the DC header was valid for years up to 2004 and the AEM intake was valid for years up to 2003.
I have a 2006 Acura RSX Type S.
I looked here http://arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/de...o/D-370-12.pdf
and here http://arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/de...o/D-392-20.pdf
And i guess it does say 2004 and 2003 for the parts. My question is, do i have to obtain a 2006 sticker? Put my stock stuff back on? or what would be the best move? Those were just the stickers that came with the header and intake when i ordered them, i wouldn't imagine they sent me wrong ones?
I've never had this problem, and the last time i smogged it, it passed and the guy didn't say anything to me about it.
Thanks in advance for listening to my problem. Also i didn't know where to post this question, if someone could direct me to the correct place if this isn't the place would be great!

Re: SMOG help/question
if you have the stock parts still I would just throw those on. if not, try to a find a different smog shop that won't be so strict. at the end of the day, they're just following the rules to cover their ***.
