A was able to spray the rear bumper in the day time but the rest was done outdoors in a yard with spray paint.

It looks good. I'd worry about the paint fading though. That's the issue with rustoleum as far as I know.

i did too i did prep it by washing the entire car soap and water then wiping down the car with wax tar remover. used some blue tape and taped up everything and by that time the sun had set and i said **** it and sprayed it in the back yard with a couple place spotlights. there are some runs in the paint due to lack of seeing but all in all a success for under $25. car is going to be a budget turbo d so i dont see the need in spending more in paint the the car is honestly worth lol rather go buy some stuff for my wife and kids

Turned out pretty nice, actually... I'm going to spray my VX with Rustoleum Topside (marine) paint, which supposedly has some UV protection built in. Did you do your jambs, or just go for the "looks good from the outside" effect?

This is very encouraging. I did my bay and stripped interior with Duplicolor, and prepped well too, so hopefully it's a good budget job!
Couple questoins:
What does the wax tar remover do exactly?(other than remove tar; didn't look like you had any tar on the car so there must be another application)

Did you clear coat it as well? It looks like it

And is duplicolor better quality rattlecan than rustoleum? Or is rustoleum the best. Seriously considering doing this to my new bumpers and old sideskirts
