Not everything was tasteful to me but honestly a ton of nice builds this meet. I was pleasantly surprised. Was also nice to have unlimited autox runs!

Re: The Official 14 Summer Import Alliance Picture Thread
Ramada location was nice being so close to the track.
Breakfast FTL.... wasn't up to par with Holiday Inn, best western, even motel 6.... lol
For being the first IA event here's my review of the IA experiance:
+ plenty of staff in bright shirts / well organized
+ venue selection
+ many nice cars of all makes
+ huge parking space... I didn't even get a chance to walk around the entire place before 3pm the 1st lot cars (who showed up earliest started to leave). I walked around asked car owners questions and everyone was nice.
+ nice show of vendor support
+ fellow import owners displayed good road manners lining up at entrance & leaving the show
+ weather was pefect for photos (cloudy most of the day, no wind, & no rain)
- Depressing autox course.
Of all the huge amount of space (in/out side)they placed it on the narrrow slope of the oval track. SMH
- Dyno opperator ripping WOT through all the gears just to sample 1 gear? SMH
I parked about 30yards from the dyno area and most of time I felt sorry for the car owners & cars on the dyno. It was as if they were trying to create the most noise & crowd reaction of a motor blowing on the dyno. They managed to get plenty of "ohhh, damnnn" followed awkward slient & head turns as car frame hit the dyno as it almost fell off.
It was great to see so many imports at a car show. It brought back some memories of the early import days. I wouldn't mind going again next if it doesn't conflict with acutal motorsport events or labor getting the car ready for the next race event.
I had my youngest son taking pictures... I'll see if i have time to upload them tonight.

Re: Import Alliance 2014
I live 45 minutes from there and didn't even know this happened.
And even thought it's a bro trailer queen, I like the J's S2000.
