Need help on this... motor mounts please!
Well today i replaced my motor mounts with avid billet series. I have the driver side mount in, tranny mount in ( one of the holes is stripped so im going to helicoil it). And the REAR mount is in, and is connected to the t bracket.
But i cant get the t bracket to light up with the 3 remaining holes on the block. Should i loosen all the other mounts so i have more room? or do i need a Big Fu**ing prybar? I really not sure how else to do this, this is the last thing i need to do and im done, its being a real pain in the a$$
Please anyone help me!!
Thank you

you need to put a jack under the engine and then lift it to get the last few to line up. you can loosen the other a bit never hurts. I did the rear one first with my Hasport ones but I had the head off and everything was tucked so wasn't to hard to get in there.
it's a pain but that's how to do it.

Update: Got it done. Apparently i had to take off the torque mount and transmission mount in order for the motor to flex enough.!

Yeah i know! The one i had was all torn up so it was garbage anyway. Do you know how to take off the driver side torque mount? Cant really tell what is holding it to much stuff cant see it.
And also, do you recommend power washing my engine bay? its pretty dirty want to get it cleand up little, should i cover my dizzy and batt with plastic bag?

it's just bolts in the same place as the trans side and the 4 on the block, I don't recommend that use brake clean it takes the oil and sludge off and doesn't oxidize the metal. I had a real issue with that happening.

Also on another note, i think its the rad. support? the part in the front of the car under the bumper that has those tow hook things, this https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...hp%3B600%3B560
is it possible to get that whole front support thing? because it looked like someone hit a bad bump and bent it a little, not to bad but just want to fix it in the future.

the front support yes but the part that those bolt to are part of the frame its self. if all your body panels are straight don't worry about it.
