I opened my car today and the driver side section was literally flooded with water, not the passanger side? Im guessing the trim that is a separate piece at the bottom of the window mounted to the door, isn't sealing to my window properly, watercan just poure down through my door and out a few holes at the bottom of the door. Any solution or fixes for this issues would be much helpfull.

I had the same issue on my passenger side, you will need to replace your seals, the main outer and inner seals on the door and the deal on to top of the door opening that wraps round the opening of the door.
