srs plug:?
I have this yellow plug under the top of my steering wheel column cover, where does this plug in to? I recently got the car (ep3) and has a rsx steering wheel in it. My srs light is on and is annoying because of it. Any help would be great.

Re: srs plug:?
That is the cable reel SRS connector (cable reel Connector A) that connects to the SRS unit for the airbag control.
The mating connector should be close by, look under the steering column. Normally, they are both inside the steering column cover.

Another question, I have a snap-on ethos reader, when I read the srs code it flashes my eps light. Is that the code? The cluster is a ukdm type r cluster, idk of that makes a difference.... car also has a k20a2/6speed swap and rsx type s computer.

Re: srs plug:?
I am not familiar with the ukdm type r cluster (aka gauge assembly).
1. When you try to read the SRS code and it flashes the eps light, that may be due to the wiring of the cluster (aka gauge assembly).
Based on the (North American Honda/Acura) circuit diagrams:
The 02-05 Civic Si had EPS (Electrical Power Steering), while the 02-06 RSX circuit diagrams did not show it having EPS.
The EPS unit and SRS unit are separate units. On the Civic Si with EPS, the EPS control wire coming from the EPS unit goes to pin A13, which is to the EPS indicator light on the cluster.
However, on the RSX (without EPS), the SRS indicator control wire coming from the SRS unit goes to pin A13, which is for the SRS indicator circuit and SRS indicator light on the cluster.
So, the issue of the EPS indicator light flashing when you try to read the SRS code may be due to the cluster wiring at pin A13.
2. I am not familiar with the Snap-on ethos reader. Can your reader read Honda SRS codes directly on the reader's display?
Try to get the SRS code to post.

Re: srs plug:?
SRS DTC 2-3 is: Short to another wire or decreased resistance in front passenger’s airbag inflator.
From the service manual, can be an issue with:
• Front passenger airbag (due to short in airbag inflator; there is a passenger airbag first inflator and a second inflator)
• SRS unit (the SRS unit is located at the bottom of the middle dash)
• Short in dashboard wire harness B
Here is part of a service manual online so you can refer to it, see page 22-43.
