Battery red light warning on Honda Accord 2005 LX
Hi. The red light for the battery sign came up on my car, the one with the + -.
But...the lights and everything are working and the car still turns on and drives (it has at least 240,000 miles).
Could it be a false signal? I just had the battery changed a few months ago, although sometimes I leave the radio on while the car is off. Could that have damaged the battery?
I probably have no choice but to get it checked out by the dealership.

That is the charging system indicator. Many parts store can test it for free, if you're in the U.S.
You may also want to take a look at the battery cables and alternator connections.

^^^Yes. Check all the connections too. Trace them.
A few months ago, on my old car, I noticed the battery was getting weak. Long story short. I changed the battery. Then thought it was the alt. But it was one of the connector (to the alt) that corroded away.
