Default rough idle with AC on 96 accord

96 accord 4cy 2.2

when at idle and i turn on the AC, the rpm drops, dash lights dim and car vibrates to the point where it feels like its going to stall. then bounces right back like nothing happened. i like to lightly have my foot on the gas pedal while at stop lights so it doesnt happen or just shut off the AC. (and so i dont have to hear the person in the passenger seat be like "dude your car feels like its gonna die")

ive been having this issue for 2 years now. i have owned the same car previous to this one and NEVER had the issue so i know its not "normal." the ac blows ice cold air at all times always (no intermittent randomness while running), no squeaking or rusty parts on the compressor itself, "visually" fine. i replaced all 4 motor mounts, alternator, distributor, i cleaned my IAC valve etc THOROUGHLY, several times. im about to replace the damn thing if 1 more person tells me to clean it again. i also adjusted the throttle cable.
ac is not over charged or under charged.

could be the clutch? think i might just replace the whole compressor...
but before i do... does anyone have any other ideas?

could be a bad oxygen sensor ... when u turn on the ac it richens the air fuel mixture but if the oxygen sensor is bad it might not get it right

if u havent replaced it in a while get a new Denso sensor
