When you say you rev it up you lose power, do you mean you hit the gas and expect the RPMS to go up but it doesn't go up at all?

yes...hit the gas and rpms drop instead of going up. when i let go of the gas it goes
back to idle at 1300-1500

Ecu is p28 got my original wire harness. .I tried timing my car.. lined the pulley up and cam gears up and started my car and that's when my car losses power when I hit the gas. Well the rpms drop when I hit the gas. But when I let the off on the gas my car idles just about normal. B18a1 setup in my 94 civic 4dr.

Is the motor itself dropping RPMs or are you taking about the tachometer only?

Pull all of your CEL codes and post them. Once you've done that, reset your ECU and see what codes return. Diagnostics 101.

So you've done mechanical timing, but have you checked ignition timing?
