This show left a lot to be desired! Pretty unorganized. I was charged a entry fee from the organizer and then hit for another 15 at the gate to get in. It would have been nice if the organizer added that little fact on the site I signed up on. I have never participated in a show that didn't have a official entry form. The "roll in" was pretty lame as well. At most shows the group cars by class this was set up more as a meet than a actual car show. I have participated in many car show but this was only my second Honda show. My first show was the Japanese Classic Car Show last Sept. It was such a well organized show maybe my expectations for this one may have been to high. I know this was the first one for them so im sure they will work to make it better next year.

There was a miscommunication at the gate so people were reimbursed the $15 additional they had to pay if you brought it up the day of the event. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do after the fact because payment receipts are not provided at the gate.

My real issue I have is how whomever is running your facebook page dealt with my complaint. I posted the exact paragraph about the show and the issue with being over charged as I did here on FB and it was deleted. Then I posted again asking what was up and it was deleted again.
I'm going to give this show a couple of years before I come back to give the people running it time to figure things out

I'm glad you made a effort to refund some people the 15.00. It would have been nice if you had someone go around and tell people that a refund was being offered, if you did and I missed it that's cool these things happen

Ok well have my post unhidden and address the issue on the page if that's the case. A private message could have been sent to me when the post was " hidden " explaining what was going on. If that was done I wouldn't have even brought this up.
I to work in the automotive aftermarket and have been in your position and there is a correct way to deal with simple mistakes and you guys failed this time. I know this is not representative of how a well respected company like yours normally deals with things so its all good.
