Default DelSol vti (uk) b16a2 not starting

hey, wondering if anyone can help me try to home in on a starting problem. motor turns over well, good battery 13.2v no pump prime and check light stays on.. no sparks from plugs, ecu fuse was blown, changed but still the same and fuse ok, when the car was running it used to not start when warm intermittant, like the relay issue, always ok cold I could always get it going by fidling with the alarm/immobilizer (then)

Hi again... have been looking at old posts to try and fix the no start problem. Found one by donee12 back in July 2011 post name is "Del Sol Starting Problem- Help!" his problems seem about the same. We are prepping this Sol for Onchan Raceway, a 400 meter Tarmac Oval, in a non-contact 1.6 class against Toyota MR2's and Miata's..(we have the horsepower!) need to get this running so I'm going to start with....
1. Remove and clean G101 and battery and camcover grounds.
2. recheck Hood fuse 31 and fusebox 24 and 12v supply to fuses...
3. try to get pump prime by jumping main relay connector plug 1 to 3 (Yel/wht to Yel/Grn) with key off and 2 to 3 (Blk/Yel to Yel/Grn) with key on II..
Please let me know if this is the correct way forward... will post the results soon. The Production Rod Season starts April 27th so please help.....!

If you look at the last few post at "95 del sol NO START" TomCat has just posted a complete list of no start condition test to check.

So... Checked and cleaned G101 and battery and camcover grounds, found batt +ve terminal a bit loose, tightened it....
Rechecked the fuses, ok... Did the main relay tests with 12v battery, have 2 Main Relay's and they both tested ok
If I Jumped 5 and 7 on m/r socket I get pump continuous...
Going Thru Flowchart...
Check m/r ground terminal...ok y/w terminal 1 gives 12v turned ign on, blk/yel term 5 to grnd 12v... Blu/wht term 6 shows 12v when cranking....
ign sw off continuity between m/r grn/yel term 8 and ecu A7 and A8 ok...

reconnect m/r and ecu A and ign=on
A23-ve and A25+ve and B1+ve 12v ok on both...
ign off A7+ve and A23-ve turn ign on should see 12v for 2 seconds

I got 12v continuous..... not just 2 sec's...????

when all removed and everything plugged back in as normal, when I go to start I get no pump prime, cel=on and no sparks... is it time for an ECU???
Please someone confirm my tests if some has the time

gonna concentrate on getting sparks now.. if I can get the pump to prime by jumping 5+7 on M/R connector, I can rig up a switch.... just need sparks now... will follow 11.33 and 11.34 from FAQ and check coil, ignitor (did comp test a while ago with dist still connected... comps good (all 190-195) but sparks everywhere at the time... coil?) have ordered a spark tester....!

Why havent you tried a new ecu? That shouldve been your first step with a steady cel and no fuel pump priming.., especially if it primes when you direct wire it.

Then id check the ignition.

JDM ecu arrived, 2 inches smaller... installed it and...... starts first time! Thanks "instrument" for your advice... will be testing tomorrow at a track, wondering whether vtec will kick in as hard as it used to..... the jdm b16a2 has 170bhp uk b16a2 has 160bhp.... does anyone know if there are any physical differences? injector size, etc...?
