Default codes p0170 and p0172 b16a2

so ive been going through everything on my integra and keep finding more and more broken ****.

and im running out of ideas i never had so much problem trying to pass emissions.
i passed with much shittier running cars but this one is just so fuckered up by previous owner that im still finding more and more crap

last time i took emissions with a neptune ecu street tuned but it failed HC(ppm)
with closed loop and wideband...
but it wasnt too bad just barely failed
240 cruize and 270 idle HC 220 is limit

second time i passed everything except idle HC with used honda O2 sensor and p2t ecu

but with p2t ecu the problem is the above codes keep popping up
first p0170 shows up and then p0172 later
usually when car idles for long time they pop up
not when im driving

i went and exchanged bosch o2 for NTK o2 today but p0170 came back during idling for about 30 min
ihavent driven it for long enough to see if the second code shows

heres the breakdown

its a b16a2 with p2t ecu
stock intake pipe
ebay dc style header no leaks
ntk o2 sensor brand new today
2.25 catback
what looks like LS or b16 catalytic converter
engine was rebuilt with all new seals and headgasket cleaned and reseated valves
timing is at 16
valve lash is to OEM specs
AEBS intake manifold( shouldnt matter at idle since its pulling vacuum anyway)
stock b16 FPR not sure if from b16a3 or b16a2 but it reads 36psi at idle
obd1 injectors possibly from integra but cant confirm( previous dummass owners )
new plugs, good wires food coil good cap/rotor
i checked idle map seosnr tps and all the other sensors seem to be working when had neptune plugged in
warmed up compression is 210-215 all across really good compression and it drives and sounds great

im about to try one last time tomorrow but i really want to drive that car through previous owners house and leave it there. its been 3-4 weeks trying to unfuck it
i ran through 2 gas tanks and about 4 bottles of isoheet with injector cleaner in it.
with isoheet its really close to passing but i dont know how much i can put in there safely.

i usually put 2 bottles for half a tank can i put more than 2?

anyone can give me some ideas what to check im gonna try enother emission station tomorrow

and p0170 is not even listed in the service manual why does it keep showing up?

P0170 Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1)

it also makes no sense for this code to show up during idle

is there a specific pcv valve that need to be used for the evap canister to intake manifold or they all same for honda?

would it help if i disconnect the eval pvc valve from intake manifold for the emissions time? will that help pass? im just trying to pass any way i can today my tabs expire and will fix it once i find what the actual problem is

This is retarded **** failed again.
Cruise passed with flying colors and idle failed
Idle hc 721 and co2 2.95

I had to shut off the car twice for them to connect to battery tho
Would that affect the reading?

you are running rich as hell. too much gas. spray brake cleaner where the intake manifold and the head meet. as well as around the tbody area. On cars with map sensors when you have a vacuum leak you run rich. Check to see that the car doesn't sputter when sprayed on. Also check that the fuel regulator vacuum hose is not wet. check to make sure you have the correct pcv valve for the b16.

I disconnected the pcv valve on the last test to eliminate that chance, the valve is working but I think it has to be specific air flow for each engine
and checked for vacuum leaks about 10 times theres none.

one thing I didn't change is the injectors one might be bad because once in a while the car starts rough idle after warm start for about 30 seconds and then evens out...
