The way i look at it, could happen at any time. Yes going fast the chances go up a bit more, but i could literally drive outside one day and get t-boned and gone.

I think the bigger tire can hurt you at times tho, like if i was to run a M&H 235/60/15 it would be almost a 26" tall tire and i know that will mess with the gearing too much. It wouldn't be as quick. The tire i have right now is right at a 24.5" tall tire and i think it works great.

If i ran the 24" tire, id need to rev it to 10k in 5th to make the trap.. lol

I've been dying to build a flat bottom for my car. I was trying to figure out if the side skirts should be lower than flat bottom, or level with it. I was measuring out whether the 4" side skirts would be sufficient as my 3" exhaust has a 5" diameter resonator.

I have 225/50/16 RA-1's and Brand new R888 225/50/16's.
Looks like if i rev the car out to 9800 on paper with the tires I have it will do 194mph with the ITR 5th.
I might need to rev it more lol.

The CRX only went something like 18x right? I plan to beat that in a 1/2.. Pretty sure it would do 200 in the mile but idk if i have the *****.

Last year i took my car down to Shift-S3ctor's 1/2 mile event. Ended up going 182.33mph in my Integra with 0 areo work other than taping the headlights up.
Anyway after taping up the headlights i gained just shy of 3mph. So i thought holy **** i wonder how this car will do with some Aero work. Well i have been working on it and plan to go to the next Shift-S3ctor in April.

Car Before:
As you can see with the tire size i run, the car sits quite high off the ground. so my goal was to get it as low to the ground as possible:
I have now done a front splitter/Air dam, Doing a full underbody/Flat bottom, did Hood Exit exhaust for weight savings/Downforce and will be doing a block off for the headlights and i also got some KIWI 5" Sideskirts!
The front splitter is about a 3/4" out, it is more of an air dam than anything. The lip i used, was a sweet $46 EBay lip that fit better than anything ive bought lol.
Got some Wilwood brakes, these ******* should help stop lol.
Start of the underbody/flat bottom.
Rear diffuser will start from here:
Anyway, hoping the extra aero stuff and a little more downforce up front will help me get to the goal of 190mph in the 1/2!
