Default Auto to manual clutch problem

I'm having some problems with my auto to manual conversion on my 94 hatchback. I'm not building enough pressure to disengage the clutch. I installed a new master and slave cylinder and a one piece braided steel line. I also replace the hose clamps from the reservoir to the master cylinder. There is movement at the slave cylinder but i'm not sure if the rod is pushing far enough out also the clutch pedal feels soft and returns slowly. I bench bled the master cylinder before installing it on the car. I perform the bleeding procedure several times. I had a clear hose hooked to the nipple of the slave cylinder going into a bottle of brake fluid and no air bubbles are coming out anymore. I was wondering if the rod on the master cylinder that the clutch pedal connect to would need to be adjusted in or out or if you have any other suggestions to what the problem might be it will be greatly appreciated.

Here is a clip of the clutch pedal

Yes adjusting the pedal is part of the procedure. It does look a little high.
