Crankshaft bolt torque spec? 14.5 ft pounds plus 90 degrees?

Crankshaft bolt torque spec? 14.5 ft pounds plus 90 degrees?
ok so 01 civic i got my paperwork from Honda said 14.5 foot pounds plus 90 degree turn is that right its just a d17a1 sohc. is that right does bolt tighten with motor
2. Install the crankshaft pulley, and tighten bolt to 19.6 Nm (14.5 lb.ft.). Do not use an impact wrench. Hold the pulley with holder handle (A) and holder attachment (B). Tighten the bolt with a torque wrench and 19 mm socket (C).
3. Tighten the pulley bolt an additional 90°
2. Install the crankshaft pulley, and tighten bolt to 19.6 Nm (14.5 lb.ft.). Do not use an impact wrench. Hold the pulley with holder handle (A) and holder attachment (B). Tighten the bolt with a torque wrench and 19 mm socket (C).

Yes, that's what the manual says. Remember it's 14.5 ftlbs PLUS a 90 deg turn so it is on there pretty good.
And yes the motor does the additional tightening when running.
