Yes the motor mounts and trans mount are the same. You would just being obd1 get a civic or integra 5spd ECU and have chipped to run a h23V base map. Then also it now has tuning potential as well.
The H23aV only came auto, but any H or F series trans will mount up to it.

You need to find a obd1 civic or integra 5sp ecu to have chipped and tuned. A F20B isnt a h23aV, and a h22a isnt a H23aV. You could have either of them "work" but wont run as it should and be lean or rich.

Youre better of using a p13 than a base map p28 eqv ecu with a basemap. Do it right with any obd1 ecu tuned for your motor.

If he uses a oem P13 meant for saturated injectors not peak and hold. Didnt by the time the H23aV came out honda had switched obd2 and gone peak and hold?
Meaning you would have to install a resistor box or change back to you h23a saturated ones. Swapping in some h22a1 saturated injectors would be you're best option. Thats ecu is set to run with a certain size injectors. Until you have a tune able ECU, use the correct size and kind of injector the program wants.
