Default 03 Element - Electrical Issues Wipers/locks/signals

Hello! Today as I was pulling into work my windshield wipers stopped working, mid wipe. I turned them off, and then on again. They did one complete wipe up and down, and then stopped midway again. It was barely raining at that point and thought maybe my old wipers were getting "stuck" on the dry window. Then when I went to lock the door, using the power lock. It didn't work, but a clicking noise emitted from the steering column area. I tried the locks again, and turned the car on, then off, and tried them a third time. Still no go. Then on the way home from work (I live a block away), the wipers started acting up again - this time it was seriously raining. I was waiting to make a right hand turn. At the same time as the wipers started acting odd, my turn signal stopped blinking and the indicator light stayed lit. I turned off both the wipers and the signal, turned them both on again, they worked for a few seconds and stopped again. Then I was home.

Does this sound like a fuse issue or something bigger and more expensive? I need to get this fixed ASAP. Thanks for your help!
