04 CRV Idle Issue

04 CRV Idle Issue
Just replaced a starter on an 04 CRV. I took off the intake manifold and throttle body to do so. After assembling everything again, it has an idle issue. For the first minute or so when everything is really cold, it idles very high - about 2000rpm. Then it ranges from 1500rpm to 2500rpm back and forth at a medium frequency until it reaches temp. When the engine reaches full operating temp, it goes from about 1500rpm to 2000rpm at a higher frequency.
It seems like there is a big vacuum leak. The car throws a p0507 IACV code and p2279 vacuum leak code. I have tried to spray starter fluid everywhere to see where it is coming from, but I do not get any response from the engine so I cannot find the source. I also cleaned out the IACV while it was still attached to the throttle body. I checked the gaskets on the intake manifold and for the throttle body and all looked ok. I have taken everything apart twice and have found no disconnected vacuum lines.
Is there another way to find vacuum leaks? Could this be coming from something else? Could low coolant cause this?

Is there a better way to check for leaks than using starter fluid? I have gotten nothing from doing that. Also, I read something about "teaching" it to idle on an element. I tried this as well, but didn't get an improvement

Re: 04 CRV Idle Issue
That's my usual method for finding leaks. I have used a propane torch not lit to find them too, but I prefer starting fluid.
Some shops have smoke machines. Call around and see if you can find one that does. Your leak will be very obvious.
