Found this on another forum...looks like a great product
QuickJack - for those of you wondering
Hey all.
Sorry for being AWOL. Been very busy working on the re-design and have been living out of a suitcase a lot lately.
Here's what’s going on with the new QuickJack and why the shipping delays.
New BL-5000 model is being introduced. (Will be added to website next week.)
o Larger tubing
o Longer frame
o Larger cylinder
o Even though frame is slightly larger, 3” lowered height is still maintained
Upcoming model revisions (feedback from users) for both the BL-3500 and BL-5000 are shown below. (We had to file a second patent design/utility application for the revised design.)
o Adding mid-level safety lock position
o Adding breather screw to both cylinders
o Adding wheels (like suitcase rollers)
o Spaced the rubber block pockets more evenly
Pricing:
BL-3500 Complete Package $995.00 Free Shipping / Direct Points – 48-States
BL-5000 Complete Package $1295.00 Free Shipping / Direct Points – 48-States
Although we are able to produce the lift units fairly quick, the power unit company has caused us a more-than-expected delayed due to the mini 110-volt hydraulic power unit which seems to be the unit preferred by most buyers. Mini DC power units are not that uncommon but sourcing a 110-volt mini motor for a mini hydraulic power unit has proved to be a challenge.
We are expecting to resume shipping soon. We do have some older original units in stock – units without the four revisions shown below. These units will most likely be able to ship within two more weeks (when power units arrive). The revised-updated models will not be available for shipment until mid-May.
We are sorry for the delay in getting this product to market but the response for this product has been greater than expected.
Jeff

Re: TrackJack, new portable lift
Has the new BL-5000 come out yet? I really want to pick one of these up but the WRX is a pig and 3500 is cutting it too close.
