Engine started stalling

Engine started stalling
Hey guys so just recently my 2000 Honda Civic Si has been having some troubles starting sometimes.
I would crank my engine for 4 or 5 cycles and then sometime shortly after I would hear a grinding noise coming from what I assumed was the starter grinding against my flywheel.
Well I took off my starter and looked at the teeth on it and the flywheel and everything looked ok. Sometimes it starts fine and sometimes it doesn't.
On the off chance that it did start fine I would start driving out of my neighborhood and as soon as I come to a stop it would stall and sometimes even grinds somewhere, I'm not sure where from.
It may be irrelevant but I topped off my oil since it was a while since I checked it and it as a little below the bottom line on the dipstick.
I had my battery and starter checked and they both came out OK so I'm at a loss of what could be wrong here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks!
Edit: By the way I pulled codes from my CEL and it gave me codes 61 and 67 for my primary O2 sensor and cat converter respectively.

Re: Engine started stalling
You need to replace the O2 sensor and cats if you have CEL's on for those items. It's called on board diagnostics (OBD) because it tells you what is wrong with the car when it senses a problem. O2 sensors will cause it to run like crap, so that is where to start. Your engine using oil and you letting it run low is a whole other story.
