EK Fuse #44 Shorting Problem
Can some help me. I recently got a short on fuse #44 the one side has 12.5v and the other side of the fuse is ground to something on the chassis. I read up and they said to check the fuel pump wire the iacv and fuel injector wire and none of them are shorted out i need help!!!!!! PLEASE the short is causing the #44 fuse to blow when key it on 2nd ignition. And i tested the fuel pump and its good.

Re: EK Fuse #44 Shorting Problem
What is on the fuse 44 circuit is the main relay, ECU, fuel injectors, and IACV. Buy a box of 15A fuses. Unplug each of these components one at a time to see whether it prevents the fuse from blowing.

Re: EK Fuse #44 Shorting Problem
I checked the fuel injectors and the iacv. And i also switch the ecu with 4 different ones. And when the main relay is unplugged it doesn't blow the fuse and the same for the ecu.

Re: EK Fuse #44 Shorting Problem
Yes as soon as the key turns to ON(II) it blows fuse 44 but doesnt blow at ON(I). And still blows with iacv and the injector disconnected is it possible that my key ignition is bad?

What year Civic do you have?
okay
Did you mean injectors (all 4) disconnected rather than injector here^?
No
And still blows with iacv and the injector disconnected
is it possible that my key ignition is bad?
