Need lma part number for my b16 head

Need lma part number for my b16 head
Ok i have searched but still need help,i was looking through this thread

and it got me thinking i should replace my lma's while i have the cylinder head off.The casting on my head says 9/3 so i assume it is a 1993 casting.Problem is i am not sure which part # i need,does all the b16 heads use the same lma's,i came accross 2 different part numbers while i was doing my research. 14820-P30-000 and 14820-pcb-305. Help me out fellas.

Use the 14820-pcb-305 spring style LMA. The 14820-P30-000 hydraulic style has been discontinued because they had issues failing as we all know.
