HELP! Problem setting idle and Throttle Position Sensor. OMNI Throttle Body
I'm having some issues setting up my new throttle body. It's a 68mm OMNI throttle body (obd1 GSR swap in a 2000 civic). I can't get my TPS to .5 volts at closed throttle unless I turn it all the way counter clockwise and turn the throttle stop screw almost all the way out. Once I get it to .5 volts (4.5 WOT) it won't idle. Or, it barely idles at around 200 rpm's.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Re: HELP! Problem setting idle and Throttle Position Sensor. OMNI Throttle Body
I just got a 70mm OMNI TB for my 01 Prelude and had the same problem. It has an Idle Adjustment screw that I was able to fix this with. Some older posts say that there is not an idle adj screw, so I'm thinking its a new addition to the TB. If your's doesn't have one, maybe you got sent an older model?
My problem now is that after I start driving, when I am coming to a stop as soon as I put the car in neutral the rpms will stay at 2,000 until I come to a complete stop. I just attached a new Omni TPS but I won't have a chance to test drive until next week to see if that fixed it.

Is there an idle adjustment screw on your TB? I just purchased a 70mm Omni TB and was able to fix this problem with that.
