Default GSR caliper bracket/ hx rims?

After doing some research, still a little confused on EXACTLY what part of the caliper bracket needs to be shaved down on a GSR brake swap in order to run hx rims. Anyone have some clear insight on this? Maybe even a picture would be cool too hehe. And just putting it out there, no I'm not getting different wheels to fit this brake/caliper combo. Super broke. Super budget. Any help? Eh? eh?

Hm. Let's think about this...
...round hole, square peg.
Just put the wheels on the car and see where they contact. Why are you making it difficult?

Broke people and car modification is an oxymoron.

have to say the other day, when trying to explain and help someone with the best of my experience and knowledge, the thought of "why the **** don't you just google it or some ****" came to mind. still answered the guys question though.

but i can fully understand you now.

oh, and op, check my sig. it'll show you about where to grind your caliper down for it to fit.

I guess because I'm not trained to just give answers. Being a teacher the goal is to try and get people to think effectively, efficiently, and critically and do so independently. I also teach my kids how to use available resources to assist in answering those questions.

90 EX Civic, you were incredibly helpful, thank you! That's the EXACT kind of thread I was trying to find haha! Grumblemarc, I started my post with "After doing some research...", meaning, I couldn't find the info I was looking for on my own and needed some help. I asked, and I got helped. As you can see, I'm pretty new to the site so I still need some help navigating it and such. Just a simple "Hey, here's a link" would have been nice. 90 EX Civic is a great example of how this site should work. Keep in mind not everyone of us on here is a seasoned vet of honda tuning or posting on forums. Just a little help would be nice is all. I love this hobby as much as you do, and am trying to learn as much as I can. Idk.
