Default Header Bolts and Studs torque specs

I'm replacing my header on my 2000 EM1 b16 and am having the darndest time finding torque specs or installation sequences in the helms manual. It's not in the exhaust or head sections which I find weird it's omitted. Read through it like 10 times now and all they have is the torque spec for the two locknuts that go on the two lower header studs. Can anyone point me to the correct specs so i dont snap these bolts and studs?

Cool, thanks. That's the torque the helms has listed for the locknut, so I think that value makes sense. Still weird that it's omitted.
