B16 won't rev past 4,000 rpm when driving
I have a b16 with a stock trans, when Im driving the motor won't rev past 4,000 rpm. I replaced the speed sensor in the trans and it still won't work, sometimes the Speedometer doesn't work. All the wires are connected and have nothing wrong with them. I need help I can't figure it out.
