Icon2 h22 in a 92 cx. some advise please?

I have a 1992 civic cx model. right now it is my daily driver with a d15b7 and dx hatchback transmission. i recently bought a 97 prelude base that i plan on parting out.
i know someone with used mounts and axles i have the chance go buy here soon. i have searched google and this site a couple times and havent found anything super definate, maybe i missed something...or alot.
but it seems that the h22a4 transmission is insanely long geared, i heard i wouldn't even make it to fourth gear in the quarter.
bisimotos h2d kit without mounts is ~$700, but i couldnt find anything on is if needed anything other than the drivers side swap mount, and would a z6/y8 transmission make a noticable difference in the quarter?
also which clutch will i use?
thanks so much in advance for your opinions, i have a pretty narrow budget and want to have this hatch at leas a little quick for the summer.

True...which then is also pretty close comparable to a h22a4 trans.

If your are looking for a trans mount kit, might as well go h2b and try and source a gsr or b16 trans.

should i just run the h22 trans then?im looking for affordability and the tires on the lude are 205/50r16 and my civic is on 195/50r15. that will make a difference too. my goal is mid 13s without gutting my civic.

Who told you this bs about the transmissions?? lol

Here is a gearing calc:
http://www.zealautowerks.com/transcalc.php

The JDM H22 trans is closest to GSR gearing, and the 93-96 vtec's trans is even closer. You have to remember the H22 has 500-1000rpm lower redline vs a b16 or b18c. If you trap near 100mph in that tin can with decent boltons and a basic tune, you'd be at 6800rpm in 4th with both the h22 & gsr trans. Most H22's peak around 7-7200rpm, so it's almost ideal.
