Default horrible wire tuck

Okay so i got a 95 integra but when i got it the man told me there was a wire tuck done to it. Now this car is my daily and sure enough im fixing it to my taste but what i noticed about the wire tuck is that whoever did it put some of the wires through one of the ac holes from the engine bay. I would like to know if there is any way i can undo this wire tuck somehow or at least if i can redo the wire tuck but to where i can have a heater blower motor. If possible so i can also put the ac back on the car. Also i dont know if this helps but the main relays are under my glove compartment. i have a pic here and if you look on the top left corner where the battery usually goes you will see white cloth and some cables. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

If its really bad, your best option is to get a harness at the yard and put it back factory

It depends on how bad its screwed up, I know a lot about wiring and possibly could. Return a harness to stock with pieces, but it can be a real pia to do, its not a horrible job to put a factory harness back in,

As stated before it depends on how bad it is. If no/ few wires were cut, and if you dont see tons of electrical tape, I would simply disconnect the harness, 3 plugs that go to the engine harness, pull it thru and re route it wherever you want it. May have to take the dash out.
