00 civic ex high rpm 2000 rpm.
High rpm while driving only, when the car comes to a complete stop the rpm stay at 2000 rpm and then after 3 to 5 sec it will drop back to normal 500 to 700 rpm and you can put it on gear and it will be crusing at 2000 rpm with out touching the gas paddle, shifting to neural rpm will go to 2000 rpm. It doesn't idle, brand new ICAV. Hopefully someone out there might have this problem before, any reply will be thankful..

sTunk2 tb? LOL it probably has to do with that. Look for vacuum leaks around it or change back over to the OEM tb. Make sure the cable is not sticking either.

Vacuum leaks are generally from a pulsing/surging idle.
Clean all the sensors attached to the intake manifold. Then adjust the idle screw and throttle cable.

Okay a little update, I put the stock OEM back on and took of the stunk2 tb from the stunk 2 manifold. now I'm having idle issues. Rpm is jumping up and down from 2500 rpm to 900 rpm. But when complete stop no idle motor is fine...

Warm your car up, turn it off then unplug your idle air control valve sensor. Turn the car on and see if the idle drops. Don't drive it with the sensor unplugged. If that doesn't help plug the iacv sensor back in try the same thing with the TPS sensor. Let me know what happens.

Problem fix, I thought I reply long ago and I notices it wasn't reply. I'm sorry, the problem was the ((skunk 2 tb I change it back to a oem tb)) that I got laying around. It change the idle from 2000 to 900 rpm then I adjust the idle screw and put back the short ram intake, done. Thanks a whole bunch guys!!!
