Lost on tunning
I may be over thinking this or i am just very lost
I been playing with crome i learned a bunch already
Have a chiped p06 ecu i wanna convert it to run a b18b1 obd1.
Do i just open crome and click new and go into view folder and pick my already downloaded p75 base map? Then plug ecu in or i read you have open crome click new then pick one of the pre-base there then copy the p75 stuff over to the pre-base
I been reading to much its all a little messy

Re: Lost on tunning
If your using Crome Free your options are very limited.
You do not plug in an ECU unless you are using an Ostrich in order to download the maps on too which requires you to have a Tuner Key from Crome.
You will need a Chip programmer in order to burn the maps onto once you have saved your Crome Free File.

Your P06 will also have to be physically converted to run VTEC. You have to add components to the ECU, it's not just a software thing.
As for opening and running ROMs you can open an existing ROM and go from there if you want. Or you can choose a new ROM from the list that best suits your engine and chassis setup and go from there.
What version of Crome are you running and what tuning hardware do you have?
I.E. Crome Free & a chip burner, Crome Pro with Ostrich and Hulog etc etc.....
