Default Tick Tick sound. Please help!!

I have this tick tick tick sound that comes from the drivers side of the front end. It is only heard when I am driving. If I am idling with the hood up I cant hear it the second I start driving and get in the left lane next to a center divid I can hear it. There are no exhaust leaks on my car every gasket within the exhaust system has been changed, I have checked the valve lash an they are all within spec. I have checked the intake manifold for leaks there is none. it get quieter as I slow down and gets louder as I accelerate. I am at a loss on finding this issue out has anyone else had this issue?

Hondas are notorious for valve tap. Mine(b18c1) does it when cold/warm sometimes.

Have you checked your tire for a nail/screw?

I have checked all my tires no nails or screws. I know that the lmas in a vtec head can sometimes make a tick tick but I have a b20. I have done a valve adjustment and I had my friend who is a honda tech double check the vales and they are all good. This sound has only been here for the last three weeks. My honda tech friend cant even figure it out. I know its not the valves, the exhaust, or the injectors. I am going insane as i see piece of **** integras that dont have this and mine is a damn good looking and running car. This issue doesnt affect power or anything its just an annoying tick tick tick.

Is it worse when cold? The B20 in my CRV is noisy on warmup and I think it's piston slap.

Did you adjust the gap per service book? Between rocker arms/cam? You can feel the lmas motion w/ valve cover off too. If they're not smooth in compression/rebound they're no good anymore. Just press on vtec rocker or lma itself for feel- might have a couple that don't feel the same as others
