95 b18b1 idle surge, not fitv or iacv
Started having an idle surge issue during cold starts 3 days ago. Cleaned fitv,, iavc, im and tb. Still having surges though. Once it heats up its fine. Also noticed my coolant resivoir has emptied twice in 3 days as well. Could a radiator leaking cause the cold start surge?

Yes, low coolant can cause the FITV to act up, so first thing to do is to fix your coolant leak.
A cleaning will usually not fix a bad FITV. I'm going to guess that that is your problem. You can check which valve is causing your idle flux by removing the intake tube so you can see your throttle body. When the idle is surging, plug one of the 2 holes in the TB with your finger. Covering one of the holes will smooth out your idle. Like I said, it will likely be the hole leading to your FITV.
