what is this part (laying in my driveway)

found this under the car dont see where it could have come from i part in different spots so cant realy tell what part of the car it came from?

the small hole in the middle is treaded.

looks like what holds fender liners or splash guard to the body.

I agree too. The plastic ones that hold the lining. And just for future reference if you're going to do close up shots, use macro setting. It'll be a lot clearer and help us see the part better.
