91 Civic Drum E-brake Problems
Hey Honda Tech guys my e-brake on my 91 civic dx light is always on, and the e-brake doesn't work at all. is it just the brake shoe that's worn out and needs cable adjustment for the e-brake light always on?

i just had to adjust my drums, and now my e-brake works fine now. but the e-brake light is always on. it might be low on brake fluid so i'll check that out.

The e-brake light that's always on because of my brake fluid was low, so i topped it off and now it goes away once my handbrake is down. Thanks Honda Tech guys, you guys really know lots a shiiiet about honda's. I love this Forum site!

Did you take the drums off and inspect the shoes before adjusting? I only ask because not long after adjusting my backs without inspecting the shoes, I actually spit a piston out of the wheel cylinder. It was not fun stopping and I needed new shorts.
