Clunking noise coming from the front right side of the vehicle
I own a 1994 Honda Civic Dx Coupe. I just recently replaced the old front struts and rear coilovers with brand new struts. I've also replaced the inner/outer tie rods, upper control arms, upper/lower ball joints, front lower inner/outer control arm bushings. Replaced the front right outer cv joint axle boot because the old one was torn. After replacing all these parts and before taking my car to the shop to get my wheels aligned, I took the car for a quick test drive around the block I happen to hear this clunking noise coming from the front right side of the car. I'm not sure of what the problem is that can cause the front right side of my car to make this clunking noise. Especially when I damn nearly replaced most of the front suspesion components. Any suggestions or Ideas of what this problem can be?

check the shocks again especially the front.
There is an indentation on the front ones where the fork bolt goes through.
If its not lined up with the bolt its not seated properly.

@ribal gh: my car doesn't even have a sway bar.
@dirty19: i'll have to check it out again. Do you think it could be a bad strut eventhough the strut is brand new?

The front shocks have an indent on them.
Check to see if that indent is lined up with the bolt.
The bolt should pass though.
You replaced an awful lot, retrace your steps and look at everything again.

Also figure out when the noise happens like taking turns or hitting little bumps. Check for loose bolts or any worn bushings (even though you replaced some).
You mentioned that you replaced the boot on outer right axle and noise is coming from right front so just giving out some ideas. (snapped back into trans right? worn axle due to improper lubrication? falling apart inside due to poor assembly?)
GL! hope you find out whats wrong!

@dirty19: i've checked out the the replacement of the components the i replaced, and the damper fork is correctly fitted into the indentation mark.
@Arrensaur: the clunking noise happens when i ever i go over a bump small or big. I believe the problem only leads to a bad axle. As you said, maybe poor assemblely or improper lubrication. I know how a bad axle sounds like but would axles make that kind of clunking noise? I also forgot to mention. When I replaced the boot, I forgot to put in the axle ring along with it. Do you think this would cause the clunking noise?
